The U8-U10 Academy builds on the technical foundation established at younger ages while introducing more tactical understanding, faster decision making, and increased competition.
The Final Stage of Development
The U11–U12 Elite Academy is the final stage of the Eagan Soccer Club pathway. At this level, players build on a strong technical foundation while preparing for 9v9 and 11v11 soccer.
Training becomes faster and more game-focused, helping players make quicker decisions, deepen their understanding of the game, and compete confidently under pressure.
