The Final Stage of Development (This Program Wont Start Until Fall 2027)

The U11–U12 Elite Academy represents the final stage of the Eagan Soccer Club pathway. By this age, players have built a strong technical foundation and are ready to apply those skills in bigger environments.

Training becomes faster, more demanding, and more game-realistic as players prepare for the transition from 9v9 to 11v11 soccer. While technical development remains our priority, players are challenged to make quicker decisions, understand the game at a deeper level, and compete with confidence under pressure.

Players develop confidence by still playing 5v5 futsal while building the habits required for long-term success.

Our goal as a coaching staff is to develop each player individually so that they can progress through the levels of the Eagan Soccer Club (ages 6-12) and into MLS and ECNL Academies or our affiliate club, NOSC Blast Soccer Club who is based out of Eagan
(for ages 13-19).
